3. How we handle uploaded materials

When you are not signed in, uploaded files are used only to generate your report and are not stored after processing. When you are signed in, we may store the generated report and related application profile so you can return to it. We do not sell your uploaded materials.

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting and AI model providers) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uploaded files used anonymously are not retained after your report is produced.
